Ivana Bennett had already seen the previous crew members being killed. It was clear that this General West was undoubtedly a ruthless man who, upon receiving the money, would promptly kill the hostages.
After a moment of silence, curiosity finally won out. Ivana leaned against the wall and quietly asked, "How do you know this is his people?"
"This sea area is all his territory. I know all of the seas. And... we've had some dealings between us."
The voice of Gus Mooney was very calm with no hint of arrogance.
Outside, footsteps sounded once again.
The iron door was pulled open once more, and four men armed with powerful weapons immediately walked in, aiming their guns at the two.
"Come with us!"
Both of them stood up.
Several men immediately came over and put black hoods over their heads once more.
The two were pulled out of the stone prison, walked around in circles for a long while, climbed several sets of stairs, and finally came to a halt.
