Upon hearing the word 'friend,' a hint of surprise flashed through the eyes of Si Kongyue, but his face remained smiling.
"Duke, congratulations on your double happiness, Merry Christmas!" Si Kongyue extended his hand to Lucas Walker with a smile.
Politely shaking hands with him, Lucas Walker responded casually, "Thank you."
Unfazed by his indifference, Si Kongyue withdrew his hand, raised the glass in his left hand towards the two, and said, "I'm honored to be Miss Ivana's new friend."
Ivana Bennett raised the corner of her lips, sipped from her glass, and upon hearing the music of the second dance, she immediately put down her glass.
"Let's go dance!"
Nodding slightly at Si Kongyue, Lucas Walker left his glass and took her back to the dance floor. Ivana waved lightly at Si Kongyue and followed him.
After the opening of the Royal Courtyard Square, the music had resumed to a regular dance track.
