Ivana Bennett smoothed her hair with her hand, tied it into a ponytail with a ribbon, and looked over brightly with her large eyes.
"I'm giving you a lift!"
If she wasn't driving him, why else would she get up so early?
"Driving me?"
Surprise appeared in Lucas Walker's eyes.
"Yeah!" Ivana wrapped her arms around his, pulling him towards the door, "Starting today, I'll be dropping you off whenever you leave and picking you up when you return."
She turned her face towards Lucas, winked at him and asked, smiling.
"Isn't being my boyfriend blissful?"
Lucas smiled lightly, then stopped walking, "You can just stop here, I have to head to the military airport."
It was a three-hour round trip, and he didn't want her to suffer from the bumpy journey. She had had enough tumbling last night, and by now, she should be resting well on his comfortable bed.
