Watching Nightwind walk out the door and slam it hard behind him, Ivana Bennett breathed a sigh of relief and shrugged.
She glanced at the chaotic room and was taken aback.
Good heavens?!
How did this happen?
She only remembered throwing the paper dart, but the room... it looked as if it had been under siege?!
Books and magazines strewn across the floor, not to mention many torn pieces of tissue paper.
Ivana promptly jumped off the bed, bent down to pick up a magazine by her feet. Upon closer look, she noticed sharp, claw-like marks.
There was a soft meow under the bed.
Ivana lifted the bedsheet to reveal two shining eyes in the darkness underneath.
"So it was you who created this mess!"
She reached under the bed to gently grab the culprit, being careful not to hurt it as she brought it out.
