Outside the door, there suddenly arose the sound of hurried footsteps, followed by a knock.
"Come in!"
Prince Dodge frowned and barked.
A maid pushed the door open, "It's… it's not good, Mr. Prince, Miss Mila is missing!"
Mila was Prince Dodge's granddaughter, nineteen years old, still attending university.
These past few days, she had been staying at the Prince's Residence due to a school holiday.
Upon hearing this, Prince Dodge panicked immediately, glancing sideways at his assistant, "Didn't you say that everyone was on the manor grounds?!"
"This…" the Assistant felt somewhat helpless, "I just checked her room half an hour ago."
"Find her now!" Prince Dodge roared.
The Assistant complied and turned to dash out of the study, down the stairs, and stopped outside a bedroom on the second floor.
Pushing the door open, he only saw that the side window was open, with a bedsheet tied with many knots hanging from the window sill.
