Looking at the figure of Adam Walker standing before her, Ah Jin was utterly astonished.
Reaching out, Adam lifted Ah Jin from the wheelchair, carrying her swiftly to the shore and then turning back to pull the wheelchair out.
After setting her back into the wheelchair, he took off his overcoat to cover her and immediately wheeled her towards the beach, pushing her all the way to his own yard.
Pulling back the white cloth that covered the bed, Adam, frowning, lifted the sandy and soaked Ah Jin onto the bed.
"Why didn't you tell me?!"
"I'm sorry, Adam..." Ah Jin stared at the mud-stained hem of her dress, "I just... I've caused you enough trouble, and I... I don't want to die in the hospital."
"So... you came here to commit suicide?" Adam roared in anger.
