Ivana Bennett lifted her face from her father's embrace and hesitated before speaking.
"Should we tell COCO and Lucas the truth?"
"Not for now. It's best if the one who tied the bell on the tiger takes it off. We might do more harm than good by telling them. We still don't know the exact situation on your Uncle Lucas's side," Logan Bennett caressed her face. "Don't worry, let's see how COCO's medical check-up turns out, and then I'll speak with him."
As the sound of footsteps approached from outside, the father and daughter did not continue their conversation.
As expected, shortly thereafter, everyone walked in.
"How is it?" Ivana immediately asked.
"Everything is normal," the nurse smiled, waving the medical report in her hand. "I'll take this to the doctor, and I believe... you will be able to be discharged soon."
After the nurse left the ward, Summer Gardner helped the Duchess to sit down on the bed, and the doctor hurried over.
