As the plane approached Bitterford, Ivana Bennett awoke, having had a refreshing sleep, and was bouncing around with such energy that she didn't seem the least bit unwell.
Moreover, she polished off a serving of refreshments prepared by the chef without leaving a crumb.
Still, Lucas Walker couldn't shake his concern, "After we get off the plane, let's go to the hospital for a check-up, okay?"
"No need," Ivana waved her hand dismissively, "I'm fine now, no need for such a fuss."
She had already called home before leaving; her mother, Summer Gardner, had said she would come meet her at the airport. If she were to head straight to the hospital upon landing, wouldn't her mother be worried sick?
"Are you really feeling alright?" Lucas Walker asked with concern.
"Really, I'm fine!" Ivana licked the cream off her tongue, "That... do we still have some mousse cake left? I want more!"
