On the way, Ivana Bennett searched for information and pictures of the Imperial Palace and the Summer Palace on her phone, giving them to Lucas Walker for a quick glimpse to avoid any slip ups when they returned home.
By the time the two returned to the Gardner Family home, it was already dusk and the one who opened the door was Summer Gardner.
"You must be tired from your outing, come on in!" Summer ushered them into the house. "You two came back just in time. Your Uncle Bennett was just finishing the last two dishes, Ivana, quickly take Lucas to wash his hands for dinner."
"Alright!"
Ivana pulled Lucas into the restroom and checked herself in the mirror to ensure that there were no flaws from head to toe. Only then did they return to the restaurant.
"Braised Lion's Head!"
Logan Bennett brought the meals to the table, glancing sideways at Ivana who was wrapped up in a large scarf. Ivana gave him a guilty smile.
