Suddenly, a flash of gold burst before her eyes. Alain instinctively lifted her arm to block it, as a hard object hit her arm and bounced away.
The golden flash hit the ground and turned out to be Ivana's shoe which had lost its heel.
While Alain was distracted by the shoe, Ivana spun around and delivered a stunningly beautiful side kick.
Barefoot as she was, her foot slammed into Alain's face. Alain saw stars, tasted the sweet iron of blood in her mouth, and was thrown backward, tumbling to the ground.
Ivana, holding onto her other shoe, rushed over.
Several of her subordinates immediately grabbed their guns, ran over, and pointed them at her.
Two of them approached and extended their hands toward the fallen Alain.
"Get lost!" Alain kicked away the hand of a subordinate attempting to assist her, sprang up swiftly, wiped the blood from the corner of her mouth, and defiantly challenged, "Again!"
