Ivana Bennett had always disliked the feeling of indebtedness, and since the gift had already been received and could not be returned, she insisted on gifting something back, in order to feel at ease.
The other side of the phone fell silent for a moment,"Well...you don't have to bother."
Ivana swiftly retorted, "It's Christmas, it's rude not to respond to a gift. Or, do you just look down on my gift?"
He chuckled softly, "Ok then… I will send you the address."
"Alright, goodbye."
"Goodbye!"
After hanging up the phone, Ivana sighed softly.
Walking over to the coffee table, she reached toward the gift box and attempted to unwrap it.
After a moment's hesitation, she pressed her ear to the box to listen for any abnormalities.
Upon confirming that there were no unusual sounds, she felt the weight of it and delicately unwrapped the packaging paper.
Once unwrapped, a delicate little wooden box came into view.
