Lucas Walker knew that Shura wasn't the mastermind. There must be other people who wanted Ivana Bennett dead, and he was not going to stand for it. He wouldn't allow such people to exist.
So, Lucas had long concluded he would find that person and kill them.
The butler pushed the stack of documents on the table toward him, saying, "This is the information we've managed to gather."
The thick packet of information was topped with a fox's picture, his personal particulars, and other details about his life.
However, these details only went as far back as two years. The period that followed was, strangely, blank.
Next were the documents about the old ghost Lucas had personally killed. The documents showed that the ghost and the fox were from the same mercenary troop. Again, the information stopped two years ago, the rest was also blank.
