Ivana Bennett made a left turn with the car, and sure enough, she saw an exit ahead.
She put the car into park and handed over a crisp banknote, not waiting for the change, but stepping on the accelerator.
The SUV roared out of the parking lot.
She glanced out of the corner of her eye.
Watching as Lucas Walker's figure in the rearview mirror got smaller and smaller, Ivana swerved the steering wheel and sped out of the airport.
Summer Gardner turned her head to look at Olivia Parker in the back seat.
"Olivia, why don't you come to my house and stay for a bit?"
"Sure," Olivia agreed right away.
