The second phase of training saw a comprehensive enhancement.
The training ground was no longer confined to the Training Ground; it expanded to encompass all the surrounding mountains and Maritime Territory.
Endurance Training and wilderness survival were all scaled up.
In 20 hours, they had to cover at least 65 kilometers in the mountains; they carried a ten-kilometer load with minimal food, working in pairs, shuttling through treacherous environments such as jungles, deserts, and swamps. Along the way, they not only had to march at double time, but also faced the extreme tests of a lack of supplies, water, and severe sleep deprivation.
The training for shooting capabilities also began focusing on precision shooting.
In precision shooting training, the emphasis was on using sniper rifles for accurate aiming and shooting, and they all had to fire 850 to 1000 rounds of ammunition within the allotted time.
