"Clack," the lights in the dormitory turned on.
"It's over?"
Rubbing her eyes and sitting up in bed, Flossie Wright scanned the dormitory.
Indeed, three figures.
Jocelyn Carrington, Belinda Nichols, Becca Reyes, all three had returned.
"It's over," Becca Reyes, exhausted, flung herself onto the opposite bunk but didn't forget to flip Flossie Wright the bird. "Not like you, all relaxed and happy."
As soon as the mission had concluded and all the new soldiers took a break, they'd start hearing about the legendary deeds of Flossie Wright from the veteran soldiers.
Dammit!
She had completed the mission a whole two days ahead of them!
Alone, she had breached the enemy's den, and slaughtered the unresponsive veteran soldiers, leaving none alive.
Every time the name "Flossie Wright" was mentioned, those veteran soldiers would grind their teeth in anger, showing how much resentment they held towards her.
