Thinking about it, Rowdy Brightwill cleared his throat and tentatively began, "I just wanted to ask..."
"Is it about Flossie Wright again?"
Before he could finish, Bard Walker cut him off.
"Yes!"
Taken aback, Rowdy Brightwill nodded vigorously.
Adding fuel to the fire!
"Get out!"
With a stern face, Bard Walker raised his hand and threw a stack of documents from his desk at him.
The angry gesture was somewhat slow, and naturally, Rowdy Brightwill stepped aside, easily dodging it.
"Tch."
Not wanting to look at him, Bard Walker slapped the desk and spun his office chair half around.
Shortly after, Rowdy Brightwill bent down, picked up all the documents, and then placed them back on the office desk.
"Captain, I just wanted to ask you..."
"No way!"
He cut him off with irritation.
"Calm down, isn't Flossie bringing us glory? Not to mention anything else, just her alone, taking out dozens of them, that's still a brilliant deed, isn't it?"
