"Wait."
The phone spun in his hand, and Glenn Hutchinson sat down beside Flossie Wright.
Drenched all night long, soaking wet, he felt slightly better after the rain had stopped, but now he wet quite a few spots upon entering, not that Flossie Wright minded, letting him be.
"Aren't you going to sleep?"
Flossie Wright rubbed her forehead, wearily asking him.
Besides the two hours of sleep while on a drip, she hadn't slept at all since entering the tent, and she really felt sleepy at this point.
"I have two things to ask you."
Turning his head to look at her, Glenn Hutchinson's tone was very deep.
Thinking it over, Flossie Wright spread her hands, "Can I not answer?"
"No."
A categorical rejection.
Annoyed and frowning, Flossie Wright spoke with a slightly heavy tone, "Ask."
"Why aren't you asleep yet?"
Throwing out the first question, Glenn Hutchinson shook the flashlight but made sure not to shine it in Flossie Wright's eyes.
