"Come, come here, I want to discuss something."
Becca Reyes gestured to the kitchen worker who was gaping at her side, showing a seemingly kind smile on her face. Yet, in the eyes of the kitchen worker, that smile was clearly hiding a dagger.
Cautiously eyeing Becca Reyes a few times, the kitchen worker carefully shuffled a few steps in her direction.
Becca Reyes rested her elbow on his shoulder, her warm smile hinting at a menacing glare, "What did you just overhear?"
"I didn't hear anything."
The kitchen worker was quick-witted, shaking his head vigorously, indicating that he would absolutely not spill the beans.
However, this only made the suspicion in his heart grow stronger.
Could it be that there was something between Captain Hutchinson and Becca Reyes... is that why she wanted to "silence him"?
