They were somewhat lucky. Not long after they left the campsite, they ran into a sniper. Flossie Wright had pulled off quite a few successful ambushes, so they easily took out that sniper, while also decisively "robbing" him.
Of course, all the sniper's equipment, by default, belonged to Becca Reyes and her crew, who were the most skilled with guns.
The reason they took the time to "rob" these three men was simply because they needed the equipment.
"Hey, you're just going to leave like that?"
They watched as the four people stole their equipment and left without any interrogation or explanations. The man in the middle couldn't help but raise his voice and shout at them.
Had they been lying in ambush for so long just for the equipment they were carrying?!
