"Do you have any game coins?"
Pulling the boy towards her, Flossie Wright glanced at the many disappointed people around, and unexpectedly asked the boy.
The child turned his head to look at her for a few moments, then without hesitation, quickly handed over all of his game coins, "Ten."
After a pause, Flossie asked again, "How many do you want to earn?"
"A thousand."
His answer was very definite, and there was not a hint of hesitation on his face.
With a subtle glint in her eyes, Flossie decisively turned and started to walk away.
"Where are you going?"
The boy grabbed her hand tighter, his eyes clouded with worry.
Looking back at him, Flossie openly stated: "Going to exchange for you."
To turn ten coins into a thousand, not to mention the time and energy it would consume, even whether she could achieve it was questionable. Hence, she would rather pay out of her own pocket to exchange a thousand for him rather than stay here any longer.
