On the ground besides Grady Wright, there was another little boy, considerably smaller. He looked to be around four or five years old, impeccably clean, with a delicate face that was particularly adorable. When he fell to the ground, he merely scowled, then silently got up as if he were a little adult, dusting off his knees. Next, he went to retrieve his duckbill cap that had fallen on the ground.
However, before his tiny hand could reach the duckbill cap, Grady Wright suddenly sat up from the ground. He extended one leg and pinned the cap underneath his thigh.
"Humph! Apologize to me now!"
Sitting imperiously on the ground, Grady Wright showed an angry face and scolded the sensible little boy.
The shop assistant, who was originally intending to help the boys, was momentarily stunned and didn't know how to handle this situation. In her distress, she subconsciously glanced towards Flossie Wright, her eyes pleading for help.
