Afterwards, she and Dian Deacon discussed how things might be improved if they were able to take Flossie Wright out to let her unwind. Predictably, her mood would improve, and conveniently, the three of them had never gone out together, so this seemed like a good chance to do so.
"Tomorrow, I have an appointment at noon."
Flossie Wright said this because she had just received a text message from Rowdy Brightwill, inviting her out for lunch that day.
Since Rowdy Brightwill was willing to go to such lengths to help her, even at his own expense, she certainly wouldn't miss the engagement on short notice, and she didn't have a habit of breaking appointments midway.
"Well, alright then."
Mother Wright, who was originally going to question exactly what was going on, ended up just nodding after some thought.
