Throwing a hand grenade requires a certain amount of wrist strength and a good deal of technique, or else, no matter how strong one is, the grenade would merely be slammed to the ground without being thrown far. Fortunately, although their wrist strength was not strong, both of them had mastered the technique pretty well. Achieving a passable distance of around thirty meters was no issue and they could even push it to thirty-five meters on a good throw.
