Flossie Wright had originally wanted to kick her out, but considering the meal she'd been given, she forced herself to bear with it. Fortunately, Becca Reyes' subsequent behavior was barely satisfactory, which made that slight irritation dissipate like smoke.
"Were you going to see Captain Hutchinson?"
By the time Flossie Wright finished eating, Becca Reyes had also stopped her "performance" and stood next to Flossie Wright to ask.

Flossie Wright secured the bag containing the lunchbox.
Upon getting the answer, Becca Reyes's eyes lifted with a flash of excitement, and she teasingly raised her eyebrows at Belinda Nichols, "Book."
Belinda Nichols glanced at her obliquely, pulled a book from the shelf, and tossed it to her directly.
Becca Reyes accepted it gladly.
"A bet?"
Watching from the side, Flossie Wright suddenly lifted her eyes and couldn't help but ask.
