"Grandpa, don't joke with me."
"How could this be a joke? I mean what I say, as long as you agree to one small condition, I won't charge you a cent for this shop," said the senior Mr. Baker cheerfully, his eyes twinkling with laughter as he looked at Sofia Hamilton. He had grown increasingly fond of this girl, but it would be simply perfect if she could join the Baker Family business and take over the company.
In the past, he thought Sofia might marry Arthur Baker.
As long as they were in love, he could forgive Arthur's past mistakes...
Letting Arthur temporarily manage the company was not out of the question.
As long as that boy treated Sofia well, that would be the only compensation he, as a grandfather, could offer her.
Sofia was curious, "What condition?"
