Arthur Baker's eyes were filled with mockery as he said bluntly, "Sofia Hamilton brings joy and comfort to everyone, while you, you only make people feel the need to guard against and loathe you because they find you dangerous."
"You!..."
Regina Brown's face turned from green to white. She had not expected Arthur Baker to speak without sparing any feelings.
He also did not show her any courtesy, despite her being Ryan Gregory's wife...
It seemed she had truly underestimated the situation.
With so many people willing to assist and protect her, this woman must have used all sorts of methods.
A direct confrontation wouldn't solve anything.
Regina turned to Sofia, maintaining the smile on her face with effort, "I want to talk to you, may I?"
Sofia knew without guessing what she wanted to talk about.
Even if she avoided it today, Regina would come again tomorrow.
Why not clear the air sooner rather than later.
