Chapter Eight
Sofia Hamilton's heart skipped a beat, "Aurelia, keep an eye on Wilson for me, I'm going to look for her."
She had just been following her; how could she disappear in the blink of an eye?
Sofia Hamilton hurried back, "Lena!!"
"Lena!"
"Sister!"
She called out a few times, but there was no response whatsoever.
Lena suddenly heard her mother's voice, quickly grabbed the teddy bear, turned around, and started to run but stopped after two steps, turned back and said, "Thank you."
Only after finishing her thanks did she run away.
"Mr. Gregory, it's time to go upstairs,"
Nathan Morgan reminded him, timing the moment.
Ryan Gregory stood up, retracting his gaze, his face once again regaining its coldness and solemnity, and turned to walk toward the revolving door.
At this moment, Sofia Hamilton finally spotted Lena, ran up anxiously, and scolded, "How could you run off like that without telling Mommy? Do you know how dangerous that is?!"
