Chapter Three
Ryan Gregory flipped through the newspaper unhurriedly, picked up the teacup beside him, and took a sip before saying, "No rush."
If one hadn't followed him for a long time and understood his capabilities,
then Nathan Morgan really wouldn't have been sure whether he could handle it or not.
However, once Ryan Gregory spoke up, there definitely was a way to resolve it…
Nathan nodded, then added, "I've had your car checked out. The police have ruled out foul play, but I had someone look at it again privately. The damage is very severe, though, so it will take some time."
"Hmm."
"Ryan, could it be Aaron Brown again, messing with it? With the bidding and the reporting incident, the only one who dares directly oppose us is him."
As Nathan speculated, Ryan's expression darkened, becoming stern, "Get to the bottom of this."
Sofia Hamilton listened from outside the door and decided against entering.
