Sofia Hamilton mustered a forced smile, looking into his eyes that were filled with anger and complexity.
She knew he must be angry again...
Ryan Gregory's thin lips were pressed tightly into a straight line, his jaw tense, and his eyes darkened.
His silence almost made it impossible for Sofia to keep smiling.

While Claura was puzzled, Ryan's lips curled into a mocking arc. He reached out and took Claura by the wrist, pulling her in front of him, and wrapped an arm around her waist.
Claura was overjoyed, following Ryan's steps with sparkling eyes.
