Chapter Six
Sofia Hamilton, exhausted, flung herself onto the couch, too tired to move again.
In the living room, only a dim orange light was on.
Curling up, she thought she'd only squint for a quick rest, but as soon as she closed her eyes, she fell asleep.
Until Ryan Gregory came back, she was without a clue.
He walked into the living room and, out of habit, as soon as he entered the room, he took off his coat and carelessly tossed it onto the couch.
But today, he found a curled-up figure on the couch.
This fool, actually sleeping here.
Unceremoniously, he threw his clothes directly onto her face, covering Sofia's face, "Hey!!"
"Regina Brown! Get up."
After calling a few times, there was no response.
He hooked the corner of his mouth and sat down beside her.
He pulled away the clothes to see her sleeping peacefully with her serene appearance.
Her long eyelashes fluttered gently like butterfly wings, and her face was also rosy.
