She wasn't exactly a saint overflowing with compassion, yet the old man stirred an unusual feeling within her.
Sofia felt he was just too pitiable, "Ryan Gregory, just one day!! One day, okay?!"
She looked at him pleadingly, "Just one day. I'll go look for another place tomorrow and take him away immediately."
"You mean, tomorrow, you're going to help him find a place to stay?"
He was astonished.
Just an old beggar that so many would ignore on the street, and she wanted to meddle in such a trivial matter?
And even arrange a place for him to stay?
Sofia nodded, "I think his family will definitely come looking for him. He has just forgotten where his home is. Don't you find that sad? Ryan Gregory, don't you love your grandma too? Just think, if your grandma got lost outside and nobody could help her, wouldn't that be pitiful?"
Ryan Gregory frowned, feeling a little bit persuaded by her argument.
