In the depths of Ryan Gregory's eyes, a barely perceptible smile flickered.
He hadn't expected that this girl would have such a figure, especially Victoria Cabbel's skin, fair with a hint of rosy bloom, sparked an urge to touch and feel its texture.
He picked up an ice towel and gently applied it to her face, which, despite some swelling, was delicate and compelling, with the soft beauty of a southern woman. It wasn't that her features were so striking, but they had a very comforting effect.
He had always thought that as a young lady like her, she should be spoiled and fragile.
