She turned around with a smile, but her entire being froze in that instant, and the smile on her face stiffened.
Shock, disbelief!
Ryan Gregory?
How could he be here?
As their gazes met, her shock was mirrored by his momentary surprise as well.
Ryan Gregory was sitting leisurely on the sofa, his long, steady legs crossed, casually flipping through a magazine. The casual black suit made him look less stern and aloof than usual, instead giving him an air of ease and nonchalance.
The movement in his hands paused, surprised to see her appear before him so unexpectedly.
His gaze landed on her, and the magnificent wedding dress made her so stunningly beautiful that it was hard to look away.
He really had never seen her in a wedding dress before...
Even on their wedding day, he hadn't actually taken a good look at her; his only impression was that the wedding dress seemed ill-fitting, as she kept tugging at it.
