He wrapped his arms around her waist and imperiously pulled her hand, making her hook around his neck and sit on his lap.
Sofia Hamilton felt both embarrassed and nervous at this proximity, her heart fluttering uncontrollably. His light scent of shower gel and his crisp manly fragrance nearly dominated all her senses, her world brimming with his essence. His eyes, black as ink, were tinted with a light smile that seemed like a deep, bottomless pond with some kind of magic that made it impossible to look away.
He said she could change the way she addressed him now.
Sofia's face suddenly grew several degrees hotter as she feigned ignorance, puffing up her cheeks, "Change what?"
"What do you think?"
He looked at her with a smile, his expression as tender as a net of love from which not a single breeze could escape.
And she was like a little moth that couldn't fly away, already caught in the net.
