"Alright, stop the car!"
Before the car had reached the door of Griffin's Main House, Emma Bollock anxiously tapped the driver's seat, "Stop!"
Luther Grill promptly hit the brakes.
"Miss, do you need me to go in and help you with anything?"
"No need!"
Emma Bollock opened the car door and dashed out.
Luther Grill was puzzled and turned to look at Jasper Bollock, who was seated in the back, "What on earth did Miss left at Griffin's that's so valuable she's in such a hurry, insisting on coming over first thing in the morning?"
Jasper Bollock, glanced out the window at the hurried figure of Emma rushing into the house.
"What valuable things could she have left? It's not the wine she's after, but what the wine implies."
He knew his sister's personality all too well.
Initially, she had clamored about falling in love with Samuel Griffin, insisting on marrying him. That was just an excuse, an excuse to stay close to Lucas Griffin.
Their father had believed her, but he didn't.
