"When is the flight?"
Lucas Griffin asked, his voice flat and unemotional.
The woman on the other end of the phone chuckled lightly, "Can I take that to mean you can't wait to see me?"
"I need to arrange my schedule."
"You're still so unromantic." The woman feigned annoyance, "I'll arrive the afternoon after tomorrow, will you come to pick me up?"
"I'll have Jonas Jox pick you up."
"Okay..." The woman sighed with a hint of disappointment.
"Stay at my place."
"Ah? Is that okay?" she asked with a surprised and puzzled voice, unable to hide her joy, "You're a married man now, won't she mind?"
"It's fine," Lucas Griffin replied curtly, "see you the day after tomorrow."
After hanging up the phone, Lucas Griffin turned and walked to his office desk, pressed the button for the direct line, and called Jonas Jox.
Jonas Jox entered quickly, "Brother Kirin, what do you need?"
"Amanda Jenkins arrives the day after tomorrow, you..."
