"Amanda Jenkins!" Emma Bollock's eyes widened as she grasped Amanda, asking excitedly, "How did Kent come about? What exactly happened between you two five years ago?"
She had always been puzzled about why Brother Lucas changed completely after meeting Amanda at Grandfather's birthday banquet.
She didn't think she was inferior to Amanda in any way, nor could she understand where she had lost out.
Emma Bollock glared fiercely at Kent.
Perhaps... she had lost out five years ago.
"Emma Bollock, let go!" Amanda said sternly, afraid that Emma's furious appearance would frighten Kent.

"What's wrong with Auntie..." Kent blinked in confusion.
He wasn't scared, just unable to comprehend.
Amanda gently pressed Kent's head to her shoulder, holding him and attempting to enter the house, but Emma Bollock clung to her, refusing to let go.
