The system is changing a lot because it is incomplete with the collection of new data and the restoration of old data, which resulted in the new option Shop.

This is quite an odd status screen. I laughed a little at myself.

After entering the rank-E bonus point per level, increase it from 1 to 2, so it may increase again in the next rank.

Why hasn't the evolution quest popped up? I asked the system.

The minimum statistics required for evolution are insufficient.

-All stats minimum requirement: 10

According to the system, evolution is not something that depends on a single factor. If I know what factors affect evolution, it can be a big help.

What are the factors that affect evolution? I asked the system.

I am unable to answer.

Insufficient authority was possessed.

What is authority? I asked, trying to collect the maximum amount of information

I am unable to answer.

Insufficient authority was possessed.

How do I increase authority?

I am unable to answer.

Insufficient authority was possessed.

I tried some more times, but all the answers were the same.

Is there anything you can answer?

I am growing impatient, but all I can do is sigh in relief.

The system adds 14 points in mana and 4 in strength and distributes the rest equally.

Adding bonus points to the stats

Health: 7->10

Strength: 7->11

Wisdom: 7->10

Speed: 7->10

Mana: 6->20

Divine Power: 20->23

Remaining bonus point: 0

You have fulfilled the condition

Issuing the evolution quest

-Collect 20 D-rank mana stone

-(0/20)

D-rank is higher than my current rank and is hard to kill, but there is something that I have an advantage over I am rich.

Buying B-Rank mana stones is hard, but D-Rank stones are not so difficult

Let's do it a little later because it does not have a time limit.

I entered the system shop by clicking on the shop icon, which had previously been unfamiliar to me. Unlike most games, where purchasing options are limited to in-game shops, Nexus had a centralized hub with a variety of items. We were limited to local shops with daily random assortments, making it difficult to find specific items. The added challenge was the distance, which often left the acquisition of desired items to chance.

But my excitement died down as I looked at the options the only thing I can trade is mana stones; maybe the system needs more time to add more item

Looking at the system, they are trading C-rank mana stones for 5 D-rank mana stones.

This is a complete fraud Everyone knows that a single C-rank mana stone is equal to 50 D-rank mana stones.

I wonder why it is showing a trade like this.

I look at my inventory and there are 17 B-rank mana stones (low quality) and 64 C-rank mana stones (high quality)

Remembering how much destruction we cause in the dungeon, these monsters die in the crossfire.

What does quality mean here, I have a question as I view the description

______

MANA STONE QUALITY

LOW: OBTAIN FROM MONSTERS IN THEIR RANK HAVING POWER BELOW AVERAGE.

Medium: OBTAIN FROM MONSTERS IN THEIR RANK HAVING POWER OF AVERAGE.

HIGH: OBTAIN FROM MONSTERS IN THEIR RANK HAVING POWER ABOVE AVERAGE.

EXTREME: ONLY OBTAIN FROM MONSTER.

_______

I now understand why the shop option pops up and only has a single trade, even if it is a scam Who cares? I have more than enough.

I said in excitement for my next evolution "System trade 4 C-rank mana stones for D-rank mana stones".

Trade successfully

The Shop is upgrading to level 2

time left 35:59:59.

As I realized what had happened, I let out a quiet gasp and murmured, "It can be upgraded." My eyes betrayed my surprise, the glint within them conveying an indescribable level of awe.

I became aware that I had met the requirements for evolution. A sense of great fortune welled up within me, but an alarming thought cut my excitement short. While thinking about the upcoming exam, I had a sudden realization: perhaps evolving right now isn't the best option.

Given the possibility of even a 1% chance of being exposed as an awakener during the exam, I made a sensible choice. Leaving the evolution until after the exam seemed safer, ensuring a safer transition.

Letting all my worries go, I embraced tiredness and fell into a deep slumber.

SOME DAYS LATER

The challenge lay in concealing the fact that I hadn't been awakened as I bolted from the station at full speed. A careful act was required to give the appearance of a quick run while intentionally maintaining a slower pace. The pressure came from the ticking clock—I was running late, with only half an hour to get to the exam center.

As the city blurred around me, my heart raced in time with my hurried steps. My subtle ruse was hidden behind the ordinary hustle of everyday life. Passers-by were unaware of my hidden abilities, which I guarded with each deliberate stride.

The distant clock tower reminded me of how quickly time passed, the minutes slipping away as I navigated the congested streets. The weight of the looming exam fueled my determination, and I pressed on, each second increasing the urgency to reach the exam center.

As I raced against the clock, the city's architecture faded into the background. I was used to hiding the urgency behind a veneer of normalcy, but the stakes were higher today. My concentration sharpened as I realized that every second counted in my race to the exam center in the allotted half-hour.

I entered the hall after finally catching my breath. Being the last one in felt a little awkward, but hey, as long as the presentation hasn't started, everything's fine, right?

I walked quietly to my assigned seat, which happened to be next to Aizawa.

As I slid into my seat with deliberate care, I angled my face away from Aizawa's probing gaze. At the same time, I gazed at Mom, who remained a silent presence on my shoulder as her form was visible only to my eyes, adding an unseen layer of comfort amid the tension in the room.

If glares could kill, I'm pretty sure the intense stare Aizawa was giving me would have killed me a thousand times over.

"Mom, are you angry?" I whisper, my words barely audible in the hushed environment of the exam hall.

The air hung heavy with silence, and no response echoed back.

What I have done wrong, I asked while pleading

Still no response

As I tried to remember, in the last few days I have been doing my best.

""Airen, you look different," Shizu observed, her face softening with concern. "How did you end up?" Shizu inquired with a supportive smile on her face.

"Well, I guess I'll tell you later," I said.

As a result, Airen continued to put off the conversation with "I'll tell you later," which eventually led us to the current situation.

"I'm sorry!" I exclaimed, attempting to calm her down.

"Are you feeling any remorse?" But do you believe that a simple apology will be enough? You've caused me so much trouble, you moron!" Aizawa retorted, her words erupting like a volcano about to erupt.

"I'm trying to apologize, Mom, but it's also okay if you're trying to calm down one side," I muttered out.

SILENCE

The voice cut through the bustling hall, instantly quieting the noise that had filled it.

An elderly lady came into view as my gaze shifted to the stage. Her energy, on the other hand, was not that of a typical elderly person. She was the university dean, and her aura spoke of a history that included being the first S-rank female hunter.

"I apologize for the delayed chapter. It took longer as I struggled to find the right lines. I appreciate your understanding. Thank you."
