The Overlord Type could make other monsters stronger and even provoke evolution. It depended on what a particular Overlord Monster was willing to sacrifice.
Energy and blood were the most common and understandable options. Blood clots were more serious measures, but... flesh and even more so body parts were the highest sacrifice the Overlord Type could make.
It wasn't just the sacrifice itself, but the fact that the Overlord Monster could only do it a limited number of times. Blood and energy were plentiful, but body parts were not, especially when they weren't pieces of flesh but something whole like fingers.
The Crimson Monarch was right, if the Dormant Lord and the Blind Sinner accepted his offer, they would become much stronger, perhaps approaching the Yellow Threat Level limit. Considering how much power they already have, their evolution would come very soon.
