With a deafening rumble, the former Unknown Phantom collapsed into the fortress. Several lighting shots followed him, exploding as he landed.
The Phantoms in its path quickly ran away, afraid of being hit by the shockwave, yet the Crimson Monarch's target was only Adam. The rest of the Phantoms weren't even capable of reaching him, let alone fighting back.
"Look out!"
Under a quick shout, the Phantoms jumped aside, fleeing from the flaming silhouette like a meteor.
A cloud of dust rose high up, reaching the level of the towers. For some reason, the Crimson Monarch stopped firing, he wanted to make sure what happened to Adam.
'At least ten rays hit him, I don't know how many of them were weakened due to his energy control and fire wing, but critical damage is guaranteed.'
Despite his musings, the Crimson Monarch did not remove his grip on the wrist. He did not jump to any premature conclusions.
