Suddenly, Livi spotted a bright object flashing light at her. She couldn't identify the object, but her curiosity drove her to swim towards it. To her surprise, it was a golden key. A bright smile spread across her face as she quickly grabbed it.
"System! Is this the key to open one of the doors?" Livi asked, eagerly awaiting the system's response.
Ding!
(Congratulations on passing the first trial of the third game. Now it's time to choose between the two doors. Live or Die.)
Livi stood in front of the doors, her eyes burning with determination as she let out a frustrated sigh. "I choose Live," she declared as she swam closer to the door, inserted the key into the keyhole, and unlocked it. A cold wind greeted her, sending shivers down her spine.
Meanwhile, the Die door leads Axel to another location. He finds himself standing on a desolate plain, covered in snow as far as the eye can see. The mountains in the distance are jagged and imposing, their peaks shrouded in mist. A bitter wind howls across the land, sending icy shards of snow swirling through the air. Axel shivers, clutching his coat around him as he makes his way across the frozen landscape.
"I passed the first trial at last," Axel thinks to himself as he forces out a smile. "System! Where is this place?" he asks with a trembling voice.
Ding!
(Welcome to the second trial of the third game.)
(To pass the second trial of the first game, you must climb up the mountain without any help.)
A vast, snow-capped mountain looms ahead of Axel, its peak lost in the clouds. The air is thin and frigid, and the wind is howling around Axel's ears.
"You really want everyone to die in this third game, right?" Axel asked with a trembling voice and a grin. "But I've made it this far, I'll definitely win this game."
Ding!
(I love your determination. Here are some tools you can take along with you.)
Axel turned his gaze to the table containing the tools by the system. He walked closer to it and saw a gun, meat, and firecrackers.
"What are these meant for?" he asked curiously.
Ding!
(They might help you in your journey up the mountain, but you can also choose to leave them. It's your choice.)
The system has always been cunning, and Axel thought, "Who knows what it is planning this time, but nevertheless, I'm definitely taking the three items." He packed the items into a backpack.
Ding!
(I wish you the best of luck dear player.)
As Axel began to climb, the mountain seemed to go on forever. The higher he went, the harder it was to breathe. But he kept on going, determined to reach the top.
Meanwhile, Rian was panicking and frustrated as he swam back and forth in the water, which was rushing in with full speed. He couldn't seem to understand what he was doing in a room or how he got there in the first place. He just held onto the flashlight in his hand, searching for an escape route out of the pitch-black room.
(Welcome to the first trail of the third game dear player.)
(To qualify for the second trial of the third game, you have to pass the first trial, so as to choose a door between the Live or Die.)
"What the hell are you talking about? Third game? You must be crazy, you damn system," yelled Rian angrily, his body tensed in frustration.
Rian continued swimming, trying to find a way to escape the room. He saw a small opening in the wall, but it was just barely big enough to fit his hand. He reached his hand through the opening and felt around. He could feel something on the other side, but he couldn't tell what it was.
He reached his hand further into the opening and touched something squishy and slimy. It felt like a large mass of flesh, but he couldn't quite tell what it was. He pulled his hand out of the opening and looked at it. His hand was covered in a thick, dark liquid.
"What the hell is this?" Rian murmured to himself as he wiped the dark liquid off of his hand and reached his hand back into the opening. This time, he felt a thin, flexible, wet object. It felt almost like a tentacle. He pulled his hand back out of the opening. He was not sure what he had found, but he knew that he needed to find a way out of this room.
Rian is becoming increasingly anxious about his situation. He is trapped in a room with no clear way out.
As Rian continues to explore the room, he hears a faint sound in the distance. It almost sounds like a low groan or growl, but it's hard to tell where the sound is coming from. The sound becomes louder and more distinct, definitely sounding like a growl now, and it seems to be coming from one side of the room. Rian starts to slowly move toward the sound, feeling nervous and afraid, but he knows he has to keep trying to find a way out.
The growl grew louder as Risk approached the source of the sound. Suddenly, a pair of glowing red eyes emerged from the darkness. As the eyes drew nearer, Rian could make out the outline of a massive, monstrous creature with sharp teeth and claws.
The stench of rot and sulfur filled the air as the creature let out a deafening roar and lunged towards Rian. He narrowly dodged the attack, causing the creature to crash into the wall before turning to charge again.
(That's the monster you'll be fighting with. You must kill it so as to pass the first trial or it kills you instead. I wish you the best of luck.)
Monster?? Rian asked with his eyes wide opened in shock as he couldn't seem to believe the system brutality. I have to kill this thing all by myself? He murmured to himself with a panicked expression.
Snarling and slavering, the creature dug its claws into the ground as Rian braced himself for the impending attack. The creature's claws tore into Rian's abdomen, causing him to gasp for breath and struggle to hold on.
As Rian's vision faded to black, the creature's claws pinned him down in the water, turning the water red with Rian's blood.
