"Die, you motherfucker!" Logan yelled as he pounced on Lionel, punching him in the face. The two men continued to fight, grabbing big sticks and wielding them like swords.
"Do you know what David means to me? He's my best friend! How dare you kill him?" Logan shouted as he tried to hit Lionel with the stick in his hand. However, Lionel dodged the attack and defended himself with his own stick.
"If we had left your best friend, he could have killed Axel too," replied Lionel as their sticks clashed, both gazing fiercely into each other's eyes before separating again.
"He only told him to use his shadow movement skill to check the cave's exit and who are you? Why are you talking for Axel?" asked Logan, running towards Lionel with the stick in his hand, causing them to clash again.
"If you ask me, that's like telling him to go ahead and die," replied Lionel, growing tired of the stick in his hand and throwing it away before resuming with his punches. Logan also threw away his stick and charged towards Lionel, both punching each other on the floor.
Axel, Livi, Rosa, Florence, and Ave stood still, their faces filled with disbelief as they watched the two men fighting on the floor, resembling little children throwing tantrums.
Ding!
(Congratulations on passing all the trials in the first game.)
The system announcement caused the two duos to immediately stop fighting and separate. Logan had bruises on his face, while Lionel, wearing a mask, couldn't reveal how much bruises his face sustained but had his hand placed on his chest, blood dripping from it as he panted heavily alongside Logan.

(You all have two days of rest until the next trial. I wish you all the best of luck!)
"How many days did we use to complete the third trial? I really thought we were all going to die in that cave," said Livi with a heavy sigh. "We should all head back to the supermarket. I need a cool shower, food, and sleep. Tomorrow is another big day."
"The only thing I could remember is my strength going up. I was at number ten when I got here, but now I'm at number twenty," said Florence as she glared at the information on the screen, which soon disappeared, making her heave a heavy sigh. "So our strength only leveled up? That's our reward for that brutal game?"
"The system isn't as dumb as I thought, it knows I'll need some strength to finish this piece of trash," yelled Logan, before delivering a heavy punch to Lionel. "Die, you motherfucker!" he added as he pinned Lionel down and continued to punch him.
Lionel managed to toss Logan over and ended up on top of him, retaliating with punches to the face. "Go to hell!" he yelled as he continued to strike.
Livi let out a heavy sigh as she looked at the scene before her and addressed Rosa, "Doctor, you'll have to treat two patients today, but the problem is, we're no longer at the hospital. It's going to be tough for you," she added.
"I might have to turn away these two patients. I just survived a bloody battle and I don't have time to treat others right now. I need to focus on treating myself," replied Rosa, rolling her eyes in frustration.
" Wow, you guys just got rejected. If you end up hurting each other, there's no way to treat you," Livi warned the two fighting duos, but they ignored her and kept punching each other.
"Let's go back to the supermarket," Axel said, walking away with the ladies following closely behind him, leaving the two duos to fight alone in the dark night street.
"It's nice to be back home," Livi said, grabbing a bag of chips and sitting down next to Axel, who had a serious expression and was staring at the ceiling. "Nice to be back to the supermarket rather,"
"We've been through so much in the last few days, I wonder what the fourth trial will be about," said Rosa. "How many more bloody trials do we have to endure?" She added with a sad expression and let out a deep sigh.
"You're already thinking about the fourth trial," said Livi as she gave a light chuckle and resumed devouring the chips in her hand, alongside a cold soft drink.
"How many more people are going to die? Rian is dead, David is also dead," said Rosa with a dejected expression as she fixed her gaze on the players in front of her, who also had sad faces, except for Axel who had his head buried in between his laps. "Who is going to die next?"
"We're not even able to give them a proper burial. Poor things," said Florence as a tear rolled down her cheek.
"It's okay, we're all okay now. From now on, we should look after each other," said Livi as she walked up to Florence and gave her a hug.
Just then, the two men who had been fighting finally entered. Both were groaning in pain, their clothes stained with blood and their bodies covered in bruises.
"Wow, you're finally done. Welcome back! I hope you both have a great time dueling," Livi said with a burst of laughter at the sight of the two men before her. "So, who wins you fools?" she asked, now with an angry expression.
"It's not over yet!" Logan yelled as he threw Lionel a hateful gaze, then walked slowly with his hand supporting his neck, which appeared to be broken, and finally took a seat beside Rosa.
"Our medical doctor, it's time to do your work. Thank goodness this supermarket has all the first aid treatment kit you'll be needing," Livi said with an outburst of laughter as she stared at Rosa, who appeared to be angry and disgusted at the sight of the two men wincing in pain before her.
"Will you both please be quiet, or do you need some help? Remember, us ladies have our strength doubled. We could easily end your lives with it," yelled Rosa to the two groaning men, who fell silent instantly.
"Livi and Florence, please get me the first aid treatment," said Rosa, and her order was immediately followed. Soon, all the first aid treatments were placed before her.
Rosa proceeded to treat the two men. She started with Logan, cleaning his wounds, applying ointment, and bandaging the areas that needed it before laying him down to rest. She then moved on to Lionel, cleaning his wounds with cotton wool and methylated spirit before applying bandages where needed.
"I'll have to treat your face too, so you'll have to remove your mask," said Rosa, her hand already reaching for Lionel's face, but he quickly shrugged her off. "No need to treat my face, I'm okay," he said, surprising Rosa with his response.
"There's no way your face will heal without treatment. I understand you have lots of scars on your face. I'm a doctor, okay? And I've seen lots of scars," said Rosa, attempting to reach for his face again, but once more, he shrugged her off.
"I told you not to worry!" yelled Lionel, causing the other players to glare at him in surprise. He stood up and walked out of the supermarket.
"What the hell is wrong with him?" Livi asked, her mouth agape in shock.
"Just leave him. I've tried my best," said Rosa, packing the first aid kit back into their boxes with the help of Livi and Florence, who disposed of what needed to be trashed.
"What the hell is he hiding?" Axel thought to himself, puzzled by Lionel's recent behavior. "This man is really suspicious, and I must find out what he is hiding. I have to see the face behind that mask at all costs."
