"Ugh! The water would not suffice my needs," he remarked, setting the glass back in its place. Determined not to starve himself unnecessarily, he reached for the menu, contemplating, "Well, It is not rude to eat when you're hungry. What is disrespectful is to make yourself starve inside the restaurant when you can afford to buy everything you want," he mused happily. With that decision made, he signaled the waiter to take his order, embracing the idea that self-care doesn't mean rudeness.
