Moving inside the room, the huge hall was open for me to see. Ignoring everything, I quickly went to one of the left benches in the middle row of the middle column.
I sat on the bench with my head resting in my hand, silently observing the whole class, mainly the first two benches.
After all, this was where the main characters were.
The benches had no separation, and only three people could sit on one bench, with there being six benches in each column.
The first two benches had a few main characters, four to be exact.
The Forever Trio and the main heroine of the novel.
Each of them was beautiful, beyond perfect and heavenly. They seemed like divine beings who had descended into the mortal world.
"Hmmm?"
It was then that a certain boy entered.
His purple hair seemed to contain an ominous mystery, and his sharp golden eyes seemed to see through all mysteries. His sword-like eyebrows could pierce the hearts of most. His sharp nose and delicate lips, along with his strong and sharp jawline, combined with his chiseled and perfect body, gave him an ethereal aura.
He was one of the most charismatic males in the whole academy, and it was evident.
Compared to him, I looked just normal.
'Damn. This charismatic bastard.' This was the thought of all the boys in the class, including Ian.
He was Lucius Zeltry, a Hero and the main protagonist of the novel 'Saga of the Reincarnated Hero'.
His appearance had gathered the attention of everyone, with no exceptions, though a few swiftly changed their focus.
Lucius's sharp gaze swept through the class before stopping on... me?
It was then I realized that only the future villain's, main heroine's, and my bench were empty, and since they didn't know much about each other currently, he obviously wasn't going to sit there. Then he was going to choose the second and best option.
'I wanna cry.' My tone being helpless. 'Why are no tears coming out?'
While my heart was in turmoil, Lucius swiftly moved towards me.
'Sooo. Go away.'
But, betraying my thoughts, Lucius was now in front of me, looking down at me with his sharp golden eyes as he said, "Can I sit here?"
His tone was a mix of command and request.
"S-Sure."
Obviously, I didn't want to deny the request of the Rank 4 of the First Year, do I?
I swiftly moved a little, making space for Lucius to sit.
A smile formed on his face as he genuinely said, "Thanks."
He then sat in the seat, facing me, and said, "My name is Lucius Zeltry." His tone was slightly pleased and happy. "It's nice to meet you."
"Umm... Yes. My name is Ian Wyzen. It's nice to meet you."
My tone was awkward, and it could be seen that I was slightly hesitant.
It was true feelings mixed with some acting.
It was then a woman entered.
Her silky black hair, reaching her buttocks, danced with each of her movements. Her red eyes seemed to contain the very essence of enchantment and seductiveness. Her nose was small, and her lips were rosy. Her skin was spotless, like jade.
She had a pair of bountiful breasts, covered by the plain white shirt and the black coat she was wearing, with the loose black pants she was wearing, which hid the view of her perfectly shaped buttocks. Her body had curves in all the right places.
She seemed to emit an ethereal and beautiful yet seductive aura.
She was Grace Seit, the Class Teacher of 1-A.
"Ahem." She coughed lightly, trying to attract the attention of everyone present in the class, as if she hadn't.
"Let's start with a self-introduction. My name is Grace Seit, your class teacher for the rest of your time at The Heavenly Academy."
Her gentle smile and voice made her seem like an incarnation of an angel.
Most of the students might have already started seeing her as an angel.
'But she is anything but an angel.' Ian sarcastically remarked.
"Let's begin the attendance."
She then tapped the watch on her hand, and a blue hologram appeared.
"Rank 1, Amelia Heim."
Then, a jade-like beautiful hand was raised from the bench right behind where The Forever Trio were sitting.
"Present."
Amelia Heim, the Princess of Elf Kingdom, was also a Hero.
"Rank 4, Lucius Zeltry."
"Present."
This time, both the hand and voice were raised from my side.
Like Amelia, he too attracted attention, and at the end, they would glance at me before retracting their gazes.
"Rank 7, Sabrina Rion."
"Present."
"Rank 10, Asher Nuham."
"Present."
"Rank 13, Ava Melody."
"Present."
Then The Forever Trio's turn came, and one by one, they were marked as present.
.
.
"Rank 55, Ian Wyzen."
Hearing my name, I lazily raised my hand and said, "Present."
Ava's gaze fell on me for a split of seconds before she continued the attendance.
Not only Ava, but the gazes of other students fell on me.
Sitting with the Rank 4 intentionally or unintentionally garnered a kind of attention.
But it was not for just this reason.
Well, it was kind of related to Hero, past conspiracies, and many other things.
How much I wish that this academy would be as simple as teaching geniuses.
