Mark ate dinner before logging in to the game.
He opened his eyes and rose to his feet. "Is she still upset about last night?" He muttered as he stared at the locked room. He felt a little guilty saying all those words to Gwenaelle, but he believed that it was necessary to teach her about how treacherous the human heart can be. He couldn't exactly determine her age, but based on how she acted in front of him, he could tell that she hadn't come into contact with humans for a long time. She was naive and behaved like a child so it was easy for someone to trick her.
Mark sighed and shook his head.
He walked up to the door and leaned his head closer.
Knock! Knock! Knock!
"Gwenaelle, it's almost time for us to meet the others."
"I don't want to go!"
Hearing that, Mark smiled bitterly. "I'll come in, okay?"
There was no response from her.
Without hesitation, he unlocked the door using the key and pushed it open.
