Marv sat in the kitchen of a small cottage with a plate of eggs and bacon, surrounded by plants and vines that crept on walls. Nandi walked into the kitchen holding Marv's clothes, neatly folding them in her hand, as she placed them before her. Even though Nandi's energy was numb and dull, she was calm, unsettlingly calm. Marv watched her place a glass of grape juice before her before filling her plate with food.
"Did you get what you needed for Min?" Nandi took a sip of her juice.
"yeah, a shot in the chest but Akila helped me out" Marv took a bite of her bacon.
Nandi sat for a moment, nodding her head. "Who turned you?" she asked, staring Maev down.
