"*Ehem* *ehem*," Lyra faked a cough to get our attention, "enough with the goodbyes, its not like you're not going to meet each other again. Anyway Kai, do you have a plan on how you're going to leave the academy?"
Hearing Lyra's question reminded me of the situation I was currently in, I couldn't just walk out of the academy since all its exits were guarded.
"I can use flash steps to run out but doing that will involve me leaving Rain behind besides, its a bit risky for me since people with higher cultivation will be able to sense my presence," I thought.
"Can't we just hide our face and leave at night?" Rain asked.
"Leaving this place won't be as simple as you think," Lyra said before continuing, "besides if you were to hide your face, it will make you look suspicious and that will draw the guards attention to you so that won't work."
