Flashback
The atmosphere was peacefully silent and I was finally able to open up to my surroundings when…
"Does your pack members know you are here?" my heart beat quickened, no matter how much I prepare myself when someone ask me about them or even if I remember anything about them a wound gashes open inside me as a howl echoes in my mind.
"Take deep breaths and calmly answer me" his voice was low, mixing in with the silent but cold look, letting me know that it was him after all.
Reluctantly after knowing why we were even having this conversation, I took a deep breath and with great motivation I opened my mouth to answer him in a whisper "No".
My chest tightened as my heart pounded furiously when I remembered the night which broke my tires with them.
"Were you driven away by your pack or did you run away willingly?"
