As the sun started to set 8 ships arrived at the coast of Mexico. They were headed towards the closest landing point to the Modern-day capital city of Mexico. From the shore, they would have to walk over two hundred kilometers to reach the city.
While they were sailing they had not spotted any signs of civilization just endless jungles and strange wildlife. Marino could have sworn that he had seen a real flying dinosaur in the sky, for it didn't look like a massive eagle to him.
But other than that nothing could be seen on the shores of the jungle. Only an ominous feeling loomed over the aria as Marino could feel some kind of presence watching them from afar. The air stood still as silence rained over the area. Marino got a bad feeling about their situation as he commented to nobody in particular. " This feels like a trap. "
Even the dolphins got spooked and before they could get any closer to land the dolphins scattered and swam away.
Seeing this Marino Commanded the ships to hold their distance to the coast and just keep on sailing along it. Then he decided to leave the ship in the hands of his vice Captain as he, Envy, Wrath and Lust prepared for the assassination mission.
Marino decided to pick them as they were the fastest and most suited for this type of mission out of all the other followers. Once they were all armed and dressed in light black assassination outfits they gathered on the ship MARINO'S WRATH.
There they gathered and formed a simple plan. While the ships waited some ways away from the shore the group of 4 force users would swim to shore. From there they would head inland guided by Marino. Along the way, they would try to stay quiet and if possible gather some potato plants along the way. And once the target was eliminated they would run back to the ships and get out of the New World as fast as possible.
While he didn't exactly remember where Mexico City was located. He still had a general sense of direction and he figured that an massive city wouldn't be hard to miss.
The plan might not have been solid and they didn't have any intelligence regarding this new land. But the 3 hands of Marino had seen great results so far and were now willing to follow their master wherever he went without complaint.
Then as darkness set the 4 Assassins dived off of the moving ship and headed towards Mexico. Using the force to propel themselves forward, like 4 torpedoes they moved swiftly underwater.
They aimed for a rocky cliff face. There they emerged onto the rocks and climbed up. Once In front of the jungle they stopped and listened to any suspicious sounds.
Only the sounds of some birds flying and insects moving could be heard. Then Envy spoke quietly. " Master I can hear heavy footsteps, two hundred meters north. At least 20 of them. They are moving along the shore following our ships by the look of things. "
" Hmm, it is as I suspected. There truly were natives here watching our ships. Well let's dry our clothes and then continue with onwards. " Said Marino with a Whisper.
Once ready they headed into the dark jungle using their enhanced force speed they ran quickly and silently ever onwards.
After running for a few hours they came to an opening in the jungle. There they caught the attention of some reptilian eyes that now started to follow them. It followed some distance behind them, cracking branches and foliage under its heavy weight.
" Master should we not stop and slay this beast? " Asked Wrath.
" No, it's only a single wild animal. It's probably gonna lose interest and turn back soon, let's not waste our time fighting it. " Said Marino uncaringly.
Then they heard the beastly sounds from behind as more heavy footsteps joined the creature. Even though they ran as fast as a cheap rental car. The beasts were slowly getting closer to them.
As they got closer Marino could now clearly hear them. First, there had only been one but now by the sound of noises coming from behind them, there seemed to be many of them. Their roars were unlike any other, it was some kind of a reptilian beastly roar. This confused Marino as they brought back memories of his past life, where he had heard similar sounds in some movies he once had watched. Thinking of this he commanded. " Halt! If this beast truly wishes to fight then we will give them a fight! "
They all stopped and drew their weapons. Watching the jungle foliage with his night vision eyes, Marino could see one bush start to shake.
Then from out the bush jumped a man-sized two-legged howling beast. " Holy shit! That's a freaking dinosaur! " Marino yelles in surprise as he sees the Raptor come in front of him.
Then he saw the Raptor charge towards them. Seeing this Wrath got in front of it with his shield and blocked the Raptors attack.
As it bit into the metallic shield, Lust pulled a needle from inside her shirt. Then she poured her magical energy into it, making the needle glow pink and then she threw it.
As it pierced the raptors scaly skin it stepped back while roaring in pain and then it froze.
Seeing the raptor get paralyzed, Marino wielding a two-handed sword jumped to its side and with a heavy overhead swing brought his sword down onto the raptors neck.
Though the raptors scales were though it stood no chance against Marino's brute strength. with ease, the raptors head was cut clean off.
Then as he pulled back his sword two new raptors emerged from the bushes and charged.
But before they could attack Marino a crossbow bolt flew into one of their eyes from Envys crossbow. And the other one got paralyzed by a poison needle from Lust.
Seeing the one with the bolt in its eye stagger in pain, Marino rushed forward towards it and cut its head in two. At the same time, Wrath went for the paralyzed one and pierced its thick skull with his sword.
Pulling out his sword Wrath commented. " Hardly even worth the effort. "
" Master lookout! More of them are coming! " Warned Envy as she heard them coming with her pointy ears.
From the jungle eight more man-sized raptors emerged and surrounded them. The raptors had small hands with sharp claws and on their scaly feet there were multiple small claws also and one big claw. Also, their mouths were filled with a row of razor-sharp teeth that were made to rip flesh apart.
Standing back to back they watched and waited for the raptors to strike. Marino with his two-handed sword, Envy with her daggers and crossbow, Wrath with sword and shield as Lust had finger blades on both hands which she used to take out 3 needles from her ample cleavage.
Marino waited impatiently for the raptors to attack but nothing happened, they just kept on encircling them and hissing at them. He could see fear in their reptile eyes, the death of their two comrades must have scared them.
Seeing this Marino smirked and said. " Hahaha! They are scared! How pathetic. " Then he spit on the ground and said. " Come on let's kill them and stop wasting time here. "
Then he charged at two of the raptors with great force. Dust flew in the night as he appeared in front of the stunned raptors and with a single swing he cleaved them in half. Pulling his sword back he spit on their bloody corpses and said. " It's true what they say. Real-life dinosaurs are a bit retarded looking and useless. Absolutely pathetic, nothing like what I imagined them to be. "

At the same time, Lust paralyzed 3 raptors and used her finger blades to rip off the raptors eyes and open the stomach. With all the intestines spilling out and immense bleeding in the eyes, the raptor collapsed. After that, she went for another one.
Envy on the other hand charged with her daggers and nimbly dodged all the raptors claws as she got in close and proceeded to stab the creature repeatedly.
As she did so another raptor rushed in to help. Seeing it try to bite her head off, she sidestepped and sliced open its soft throat.
The creature tried to scream but only blood came out as it choked on its own blood and fell.
As one Raptor was paralyzed Wrath engaged the final living raptor on his own. The raptor went in for a chomp, but Wrath bashed his shield into its face moving it out of his way. Then he hit its exposed neck with his sword.
The sword sliced the neck open creating a deep bleeding wound and making the raptor stagger back in pain.
Wrath watched the raptor from behind his shield patiently. But unlike what he expected the raptor got scared and ran away.
Seeing this he didn't give chase but instead went to finish off the last raptor.

Marino sat atop a dead raptor with a sword in hand and watched all this happen in satisfaction.
His force-using warriors were indeed strong but sadly they were few in number. If only he had an army of force users at his command, nothing could stand in his way.
Just the thought of an army of force users in a medieval fantasy world made him shiver. He really wanted to make such a thing into reality. Thinking of this he added another thing to his to-do list. In order to make it a reality he would need to impregnate hundreds of women and make them have his force-sensitive children. Yes, this was a good plan he amused to himself.
" Master the battle is over and we are ready to continue. " Said Wrath.
" Wery good, though I am somewhat disappointed in you Wrath. For you let one of them get away. Animals they may be, but we are on a stealth mission and as such we should not leave any witnesses. For we do not know what awaits us and such a wounded raptor could alarm our enemies to our presence. " Marino said calmly.
Hearing his words Wrath kneeled down with one fist to the ground and spoke. " Please forgive me. I apologize my master. I swear it will not happen again. "
" Wrath do not worry, for it was but a minor mistake and I forgive you. Now please stand up and let us move forward. " Marino said uncaringly.
Standing on the side Envy interjected them and spoke curiously. " So Master you call these creatures raptors? How is it you know of them? Have you encountered them before and where? "
Hearing her comment Marino smirked and spoke arrogantly. " Hahaha! How do I know of them you ask? Well, that is simple, I mean just look at my godly figure. That should tell you all you need to know. And yes I have seen them before and not just then but much more. It all happened a long time ago. I will not go into details but you can feel at ease, for I know much. "
" Ohh Master, hearing you speak so knowingly really turns me on. " Lust spoke lustfully.
Envy and Wrath watched Lust in wonder. She had not shown interest in their Master before, why now?
Eagerly standing up Marino walked to Lust with a hungry expression and said. " Well If you'd like I can relieve your lust for me right here and now. Let's just fuck. "
As he was about to pull his pants down and release the beast inside, Lust put her dainty hand on his and stopped him. Then she looked at him while biting her lip and said. " Oh Master, I really appreciate the offer but sadly you have no magic power. So the answer is still a no. But I do appreciate that lustful look in your eyes, it alone is enough to satisfy me. Hihi. "
Hearing her harsh rejection he lowered his head in disappointment. On his face were some traces of anger but lust overtook the anger easily. She was just too beautiful for him to be angry at her. Instead, he got even more determined in his quest to obtain magic.
Now with a down cast depressed expression Marino spoke. " OK, I understand. Well if there is nothing else then let's get out of here. "
As he turned around Envy looked at Lust jealously and Wrath just face-palmed. Lust had a smug smile on her perfect face as she followed Marino into the jungle.
Shrugging their shoulders they followed behind and soon they all were back to running through the forest at high speed.
Soon night turned to morning and then day. The nice somewhat flat jungle had turned into hills and mountain-covered jungle ground. But with Marino's guidance they didn't stray from their path and kept moving straight forward. They climbed over mountains and hills.
While going over the mountains they were attacked by big dinosaur birds. They had vicious claws, which they used to try and grab them. Most likely they did this with the intent of dropping them from high above. Not only that, with their massive beak's they tried to peck at them also. But all attempts failed as the big flying dinosaurs were too slow for them.
With their clothes covered in blood and sweat, it created an awful smell. The smell caused most dinosaurs to get scared or disgusted and made them want to stay far away from them, not daring to come anywhere near them.
Finally making it down the mountain and into a valley, they were greeted by a massive open grassy field full of dinosaurs.
To Marino, this looked just like a scene from the movie Jurassic Park. Around a small lake, big and small dinosaurs were drinking water. By the look of them, they were all herbivorous. And In front of them, 5 massive four-legged, long neck dinosaurs walked towards a massive fruit tree. As the massive dinosaur walked the ground shook under their weight.
Admiring the scene Marino noticed that in this valley all the plants were huge just like the dinosaurs. On their way here he had noticed many large plants but he had not paid much attention to them. It appeared that the more inland they ventured the more dinosaurs there were and the plants kept getting bigger and bigger as they went. It almost looked like these plants had just in recent times started spreading from the inland.
While the sight was awesome and breathtaking. But extremely concerning to Marino, for how could humanity settle the Americas if they were filled with massive dinosaurs? Technology would need to advance greatly if humanity hoped to stand a chance against these creatures.
As they admired the scene and walked forward, suddenly loud beastly screams and roaring came from their right side. Hearing this all the dinosaurs started to run in panic.
Turning to look at what was happening Marino saw two T-rexs running after some small dinosaurs. Seeing this fascinated Marino until the small dinosaur started to run toward them, leading the T-rex duo straight toward them.
" Well oh shit. Looks like our sightseeing trip is over. Time to run! " Marino said to the trio behind him.
" Good idea Master. I don't think my daggers are strong enough to face such a creature. " Said Envy as she started to run after Marino.
Quickly they ran between the massive long neck dinosaur's legs and over the grassy field back into the jungle.
Looking back Marino could see the T-rex feasting on a small dinosaur as the other one continued its hunt. It looked like they didn't have much of a hunting strategy other than just relying on their strength and stamina to overcome all their prey. Also, their small hands looked pretty hilarious.
Marino was pretty confident that he could possibly kill one of them, as they seemed to be pretty clumsy creatures. But he wasn't here for that. Thinking of this they continued forward toward Mexico City.
Finally, after another 2 days of fighting giant bugs and traveling through dangerous dinosaur-infested jungles, they had made it to Mexico City or the Aztec capital as it now seemed to look like to his eyes.
From a hilltop overlooking the city he could see a lake, In the center of the lake were two Islands filled with what looked like Aztec structures. To Marinos eye's It was just like in the history books of his past life. It was a magnificent city built on a lake. On the southern side, there was only one long bridge leading to the smaller island and one shorter bridge leading to the bigger island. There on the bigger island, there was a massive skyscraper-like temple reaching high to the sky. Around it stood many smaller temples. Though it was an intimidating sight, luckily for them there were no walls.
The city resembled the history books and painting that he had seen in his past life but this city was much larger in scale. Plus there were no humans to be seen just a bunch of dinosaurs and what looked like lizardmen.
After everything he had so far seen here in this world, seeing lizardmen didn't seem like such a surprise to him anymore. And for quite some time now he had suspected something of the sort to reside here in this dinosaur-infested land.
Although Marino had to admit that it was truly an intriguing and wondrous sight that was before him. But to him, all he truly cared about was how was he going to get past all of those lizards.
Looking at the bridge he could see a constant stream of dinosaurs pulling carts and lizardmen moving back and forth between the city and whatever lay at the end of the dirt road leading to the city. At the bridge and around the city he could also see some muscular-looking big lizardmen patrolling. They held big clubs and spiky wooden swords of some kind. They wore no armor only a loincloth. Most likely they relied on their hard scaly skin for defense.
" Looks like we have no choice but to swim across. " Marino said as he observed the city.
" Master how can that be the only thing on your mind now? Look at what we have just found. This must be the land of the gods. " Wrath said.
" No, no this is surely the Empire of IND. I have heard that they have tall temples just like this also. " Said Envy arrogantly.
" No way, when have you ever heard anybody say that the people in IND are Lizards? If this truly were Ind then I'm sure that I would have heard of such a thing. " Said Lust seductively.
" No, this land is neither of those. It for sure is no land of gods, I assure you these things bleed and shit just like us, otherwise, they would not for sure need all those weapons and food. Please just shut up you all and focus on t his mission. " Marino said annoyed.
" Master, I don't know if this is such a good idea. I mean that's a city full of dangerous-looking lizard people. Do we really need to do this? " Said Wrath with concern in his voice.
Hearing this Marino frowned and started scolding him. " Remember what I said before this is a mission from god himself and there is no higher calling than to do god's bidding. If we succeed in this unimaginable riches and power will be ours. In the name of god, we must do this and besides, all we have to do is assassinate one blue toad. How hard could it be? "
Hearing his words a spark was lit in their hearts. Marino was right, there was no higher calling than to do god's bidding. Sure none of them had seen this god, as they had rejected the transformation ritual. But looking at Marino's new unnatural form was all the proof they needed to believe in this god's existence.
" But Master should we not at least wait for nightfall to arrive? " Asked Envy as it was mid-day right now.
" No need, I bet all these creatures can see quite well in the dark. So the darkness wouldn't give us much of any advantages and I want to be back home as soon as possible. So let's not waste any more time and get this over with. " Said Marino confidently. He had already killed raptors like cutting down some wheat, so how hard could this be?
Walking down the hill they came to the edge of the Clearwater lake. Marino jumped in first, followed by Lust and Envy. Wrath came in last as he covered their backs and made sure nobody followed.
To avoid detection they hugged the lake bottom. Swimming through the underwater plant life Marino spotted a massive crocodile swimming in the distance.
Unlike the crocodiles he was used to, this one was blue and it resembled the other lizardmen in its appearance. Sure it had a big tale but it also had long legs clearly meant for walking and hands capable of complex movement.
As if sensing Marino's eyes on it the creature's head turned to look at him. Instantly as if it were a missile locking onto a target the crocodile launched forward, going straight towards Marino.
Seeing this the others drew out their weapons, but before they could act Marino launched forward without drawing his sword. As he swam he flexed his muscles in challenge to the humanoid crocodile.
As if responding to his provocation the crocodile opened its massive jaws, showing off its sharp fangs to Marino.
With his hands out stretched Marino grabbed a hold of the crocodile's jaws as they collided. Marino was instantly pushed back down towards the lake floor as they collided. The crocodile's swimming abilities were a lot superior to Marino's which caused it to smash Marino into the hard stone lake floor.
But Marino didn't even wince in pain as he just adjusted his grip on its jaws and then he started to stretch its jaws wide open.
The crocodile tried to fight back and close its jaws but Marino's power was too much even for it. Desperately it tried to claw at Marino. But no mere crocodile claws could hope to pierce Marino's skin.
Then an evil smile spread on Marino's face as he felt the crocodile jaws stretch to it's limits. And with a hard pull, its jaws snapped wide open creating a horrific snapping sound, under the water.
The crocodile shook in pain trying to get away but Marino didn't let it. Quickly he showed his fist into its mouth and with a hard hit cracked its skull from inside its mouth. Then he used his fingers to pull out its brain, killing it instantly.
The others just looked at this scene wide-eyed as Marino just shrugged and moved onward.
Surfacing near a remote location of the island City that looked like a garden. They scanned the area carefully.
The streets were wide with loads of lizardmen moving around on them. There was hardly any cover to speak of. It would be almost impossible for them to make it to the Temple unnoticed.
Looking at the situation Marino frowned and said. " Shit, this sucks. I guess will have to wait for nightfall so the streets will become empty, hopefully. "
Hearing this Wrath spoke. " Master I can create a distraction while you run for the temple. "
Hearing this Marino went into thought. Would sacrificing Wrath be worth it? He was a valuable asset that he could use to legitimize his claim on the town of Segres and more. But he could also just take everything by force, though that would be harder.
Then Lust spoke with her sexy feminine seductive tone of voice. " I think you boys are overthinking things. All we need to do is draw them away from the temple. And doing such a thing is simple. Just let me seduce a few of these lizards and they can lead us to the temple. "
Hearing this Marino went into thought again. Could such a thing work? While it definitely would work on him, he wasn't so sure about the lizards. Could lizardmen even feel attracted to a human female? Did they even have sexual organs or females for that matter?
Looking at this scene Envy just face-palmed herself and spoke with an annoyed tone of voice. " Oh come on all of you. Obviously, the lizards are quite fond of their mighty architecture and gardens. I mean just look at that lizardman-shaped bush or those dinosaur-shaped bushes. All we have to do is set a few fires a blaze here and that's for sure going to drive them all crazy. And as they work on extinguishing the fire we will swim to the other side of the island and sneak into the temple from there. "
Hearing this Marino nodded. Indeed this was a good idea. However such arsonist actions would create a lot of suspicion in the lizards. Most likely they would be on high alert after this. So they could not delay and they had to move quickly. Not able to come up with anything better Marino said. " I like this plan. Envy you are a true genius. "
As Marino patted her head in approval, she started to blush heavily. Seeing this he thought to himself. What a good investment.
Then after watching this strange scene for a moment, they went off in search of torches. Luckily there were a few torch posts scattered around the gardens.
Along the way, Marino came across a few lizardmen and their hatched offspring. Although he managed to stay unnoticed he decided not to take any chances and quickly snapped their necks. Hearing the cracks in their necks as they were snapped, Marino felt happiness and excitement.
To him, this brought back memories of his past life. He could vaguely remember the stealth games he used to play back then. In the games, he would sneak around gardens like this and strangle people to death. Then at the very end of the level, he would use some brutal tactic to murder to main target.
Thinking of this he was now completely lost in his thoughts as he unconsciously had already sneaked around and snapped another lizard's neck. Coming back into reality he remembered that acts of random killing were also a good way to get yourself caught.
Thinking of this he lit one torch and started to burn the lizard's body. But then a beastly yell of alarm came from where he had previously killed the other lizards.
" Oh shit, time to go. " Though Marino as he started to sneak towards the water. Along the way, he made sure to set small fires in all the bushes.
Looking around he could see other fires start to rise as the lizardmen roared In the distance.
As they all converged on the shore, they tossed the torches into the nearest bushes and jumped into the water. Quickly swimming to the other side of the island they emerged yet again.
Now they stood behind a building, looking for any threats on the road. In the distance all that could be seen were a bunch of lizards running towards the fire, carrying buckets full of water. Only a few smaller lizardmen and the dinosaurs pulling their carts remained. But luckily they were all distracted by the raging fire in the distance.
Using this opportunity they quickly moved through city blocks snapping necks and slaughtering all the lizards and dinosaurs along the way.
Coming close to the temple a group of two guards spotted them but were quickly run down and killed by Envy and Lust.
Though many of the lizardmen were two meters tall scaly and muscular creatures. They wore no armor and only had primitive weapons in hand. This made them easy targets, for them as they didn't have any trouble piercing their tough skin.
Looking at the pyramid-like temple they could not see any entrance. There were only multiple ever-thinning levels to the pyramid that led to the top. Climbing up these levels they could make it to the top where they could see a massive stone tower.
Looking at the temple Envy spoke in wonder. " Why would anybody build such massive stone steps? It looks like it was built for a giant for who else could walk up that? Or maybe they just have such massive egos that they have decided to build everything so big. "
Hearing this Marino commented. " We couldn't see it clearly from afar, but I believe the real steps leading to the top are on the other side. All this is just for aesthetics and I believe our target is somewhere inside this massive temple. "
Hearing his words they all nodded in understanding and started to climb up the pyramid's levels. As they climbed up to the top level a shot came from down below. Looking at the source of the voice they could see a bunch of tough-looking lizardmen warriors pointing their beastly fingers at them and yelling something.
Then they heard a shout from behind them. Turning to look they saw 6 somewhat armored lizardmen in front of them. They all wore beautiful golden armor and spike swords with leather Shields.
Looking at them Marino just simply said. " That's a lot of gold and I want it now. " Then he drew out his new Two-handed sword.
