"Yes, mama and Dada would always say it." Yuri enthusiastically says with a giggle as he tries to move closer to Ramses, but there is no space left to fill.
"You have really good parents, Yuri," Ramses mumbles with a wide grin on his face, and Yuri's smile gradually slips away to form a frown.
"What do you mean by 'have'?" Yuri asks with a tilt of his head.
"What do you mean?" Ramses asks with his head tilted to the side in confusion.
"You used the present tense to regard Yuri's parents, we speculate that they are dead," Bruno says flatly, making Yuri flinch and curl impossibly closer towards his mate's warmth.
"That slipped." Ramses mumbles, making Yuri snap his gaze at Ramses with his eyes wide in question.
"What do you mean?" Zhang Wei asks in a stoic voice.
"Yuri's parent might not or might still be alive, but," Ramses says, trailing his words.
